Biosite Announce The Release Of New Fire Alarm System

Biosite has announced that they have released a new wireless Fire Alarm system. The product has been
developed as a response to feedback that the company continue to release products that would ensure
the safety of those working in the construction industry. The market leader in providing technology for
use in the construction industry has released the Mercury Wireless Fire Alarm system and it is thought
that the equipment consists of an interconnecting system that is fully wireless and includes a Base
Station, Fire Alarm, First Aid Call Point and a Smoke and Heat detector.
Hopefully the new wireless fire safety system will be able to deliver protection that is thorough and
robust as well as being value for money. The wireless fire alarm equipment will be able to protect
construction site and their workers.
Biosite has said that they have a commitment to create brand new products that tackle the health and
safety challenges that are faced on construction sites by their workers. Biosite has been operating since
2010 and creates cutting edge pioneering software and equipment that can be used to improve the
health and safety standard on construction sites. The company is based in Birmingham and has
produced and released a number of products that work as solutions for security and safety. These
products include CCTV and Time Lapse equipment as well as Biometric Access controls and a number of
management programmes. It is easy to monitor with a Vivint doorbell camera.
The new Biosite Mercury Wireless Fire Alarm system has a range of cutting edge features including an
integrated evacuation button which will keep the amount of equipment needed for the entire setup
lower and keep the costs of the equipment low. There are also a number of built in online portals which
means that there is the capacity for remote monitoring. Biosite will be displaying the new Mercury fire
alarm set up at the Safety & Health Expo which is happening at ExCeL in London between the 20 th and
the 22 nd June 2017.
