Hansgrohe Raindance Connect…Go from Showerhead to Handshower in a Click
alpharetta, georgia (january 11, 2008) — Turning your shower into a multi-function retreat has just been made easier and more stylish with the new Raindance Connect from Hansgrohe.
Available in chrome and brushed nickel, Raindance Connect is unique because of its innovative, patented, plug-in system and water-conducting showerpipe. This system allows you to click the wand-like handshower into the bottom of the showerpipe to divert the water up through the pipe and into the showerhead. When you are ready to use the handshower again, simply click the device out of the showerpipe.
With the handshower acting as a diverter, no supplemental shutoff and diverter valves are needed. Once you connect the showerpipe to a water source (such as a handshower wall outlet or existing showerarm), you can use your existing volume/temperature control to enjoy both the handshower and showerhead, saving installation time and costs.
The Raindance Connect showerpipe offers these other key features:
- Raindance 240 AIR Showerhead: Hansgrohe’s patented air-injection technology mixes air and water inside the showerhead to create voluminous, air-filled drops. This 10” version produces an abundant, soaking spray that is as sensual and warm as a summer rain.
- Wand Handshower: Slim and stylish, the handshower features a surprisingly generous spray and can easily be used with one hand. In addition, the showerpipe features a height-adjustable handshower holder, allowing bathers of all sizes to use the handshower in a fixed position.
The new Raindance Connect with a chrome finish has a list price of $945; in brushed nickel, $1,360.
