Actavo appoints Yvonne Day as HR Director, Industrial & Structural Divisions

Actavo, a leading international engineering solutions company with 6,000 staff around the globe, is pleased to announce the appointment of Yvonne Day as HR Director, Actavo | Industrial & Structural Divisions.

Yvonne joins Actavo from Fabricom Oil, Gas and Power Ltd (part of ENGIE Group), where she was responsible for leading and delivering the HR and Learning and Development  agenda for over a decade.

Bringing significant industry knowledge and expertise to the role, she has also served as ambassador for Women into Engineering events, Forces transition into civilian appointments and STEM initiatives across the UK.  Her passion for development, particularly with apprentices and graduates, has been rewarded with training awards nationally in the UK, as well as initiating health and well-being schemes to Gold-level standard alongside the NHS scheme.

Yvonne has a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from University of Hull, and an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Hull University Business Campus.
