Times Square, the housebuilder’s largest project to date, will be built in Welwyn Garden City.

Phase one of the project is already under way. It will provide 210 residential units in three existing buildings on site.

The second phase will add 66 penthouses to the buildings on site and four new apartment blocks.

Dentons assisted the housebuilder in securing planning permission for the development.
