PHASS Special Meeting 1 September 2015
PHASS held a special meeting on 1 September 2015. The purpose was to explore possible work for inclusion in a new Scottish Health and Safety Action Plan and topics for future PHASS meetings. Members worked in groups to consider appropriate areas of work under three broad themes:
- strengthening stakeholder engagement and partnership action in the Scottish context
- integrating workplace health and safety with the Scottish Government’s broader agenda and
- improving management of occupational health
A small sub group of PHASS members have volunteered to document the outcomes from the group discussions and circulate these for comment in advance of further detailed discussions at the next PHASS business meeting on 17 November.
