The property developer and investment company, Eshton has released information of the completion of a development that has been carried out with the assistance of GMI Construction at Burnley Bridge. The construction company was selected by Eshton to carry out the vote in a time period of 36 weeks.

The development that has been completed is 92,000 sq. ft. of industrial accommodation for Fagan & Whalley. The development was handed to the client on Friday the 26th May. The Burnley Bridge project is situated on a 10 acre site that has the space to park 80 trailers, 10 loading bays for the warehouse. The space has the accommodation for 25,000 pallet locations. Hopefully this new space that will become an important distribution location for  Fagan and Whalley will allow the company to expand.  The new development already has allowed the company to significantly improve their warehousing capacity.

Fagan & Whalley is a Lancashire based and family run company that works to offer haulage around the UK and Europe. The new Burnley Bridge development that has been created by Eshton and GMI Construction is near to the client’s previous business location, just one junction further down the M65 at Junction 9. The new Burnley Bridge space is ideally located for Fagan and Whalley in relation to their established facilities and headquarters. The work that has been carried out at the site for Fagan & Whalley is considered to be the second largest project to be carried out at the Burnley Bridge Business Park. The space that has been created for the haulage company is 19 metres high.
